ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm a Filipina-American who has moved around quite a bit. I love to challenge myself and meet people from all walks of life. I lead backpacking expeditions with high school students, used to teach English and French, and I hope to remain devoted to being a life-long learner. I enjoy cross-cultural exchange and getting to know locals wherever I travel.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It's always more enriching to spend more time in a new place, meet people from it, and try to speak its language if it's different. To me, it's definitely more about the quality of travel than the quantity of places visited.

兴趣

Walking, reading in the sun, talking for hours over coffee, studying maps, singing, gardening, sharing, collecting unruly stacks of books in libraries, learning languages, giving pictures, finding community, frisbeeing, using candles for light, hearing spoken word, thriving, getting beyond my mindset, thrifting, knitting, climbing, couchsurfing.

Music: I definitely like to make it! I play the piano and like to sing. In terms of what I listen to, I'm just constantly trying to expand what I know.
