COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had great experiences surfing! It's amazing how people are willing to help out a complete stranger. I Love this community, give and take, learn and share. Can't wait for the next surfing experience!!

Interesses

I love to experience nature, meditation, walking, exploring, and moving my body. I love yoga, dance, and embodied movement of all kinds

Eating and Cooking: almost anything, especially if it's something new. I like to be creative and experiment in the kitchen! Eat something new, invent a new recipe, learn a new recipe from someone else. And playing with ingredients like cooking gluten free, allergy friendly, vegetarian . . anything that strays from the norm is fun for me!

Wellness and Spirituality: This is a huge part of my life and passion. I love yoga, acupuncture, bodywork, energy work. . .I'm a life long student of all things healing.

culture & language: I'm in love with spanish. And lately I'm obsessed with learning Italian. But really, any cultural experience that is new for, I love.

Creativity: I love me a little live music, singing, dancing, and humming... I like all types of creative activities and crafts, from DIY to crochet, painting to making collages.

learning and travel! I like learning anything and everything new. .. and couch surfing has been such a great way to do that. Traveling has opened my eyes to so many ways of thinking and living, I try to take a bit of each experience with me each time.

Love 'um! My favorites are musicals - have you seen Across the Universe? Its my all time favorite!

Music:
I like quirky coffee shop music, indy rock, christian music, soul, jazz, oldies, soft rock, and some pop, country, R&B, latin, regeton, salsa, and world music. f I can sing a long, its good, if I can dance along like a latina lover its great and if I can do both . .. . OH MAN! Some of my favorites right now are Sam Smith, Ben Howard, Mumford and Sons, and Ray Lamontagne. If i'm not listening to one of them, its probably meditative sound scapes or latin dance party for this girlie!

Books:
I read to learn and most of the time I'm reading about healing modalities and ancient traditions. I also love fiction.

I can teach you about my culture, language, and interests. I can teach you about intuitive healing, nutrition, yoga, business, how to cook and bake (gluten free, low glycemic, spontaneously, healthy, unhealthy), and I can share my perspective on life in general.
