I live in Victoria, BC and do community-based work around food. Currently I coordinate a school garden program and a food access program for community centres. I also have a small business, D.I.Y. Fungi which sells mushroom spawn and teaches people to grow their own mushrooms for food and medicine. My passion is working with people, plants, fungi and microbes to regenerate healthy land and water systems.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on a road trip with my partner across 'North America'. We are visiting inspiring people and projects related to bioremediation, radical mycology and permaculture. In Chicago, we're attending the 'Brownfields Conference.'
