Overview
About Me
We are a couple, Danielle and Anthony. Danielle is 34 and from London, and Anthony is 33 and from Liverpool - the home of The Beatles!
We are both filmmakers, we make short documentaries for companies and arts organisations. We are currently travelling around Mexico for 6 month, learning Spanish, and making films along our way.
We both love travelling and meeting new people, and couch surfing is such a great way to meet so many interesting people.
We are easy going and down to earth, we enjoy the beautiful outdoors, live music, hanging out with friends and a good party too, we have been to many festivals, often found in deserts. We hitchhiked from London down to Northern Spain for a tiny festival in the desert in 2014, that was an adventure!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Danielle has hosted a few times, and has surfed in Hamburg and Portugal and America, so far they have all been great experiences. I love the concept and think its a great way to break the mould of being a clueless tourist, and interact with people around the world on a much better level.
Its also a great way to meet people in a new place, not just for accommodation, and to give you a feel of the place from a local's perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing a volcano in Java, Indonesia in the pitch black at 4am, cooking eggs for breakfast in the hot rocks of the volcano, reaching the top for sun rise and sitting down only to see the Volcano a few hundred meters away from us erupt right right then and there was pretty mind blowing!
Road tripping through the Namibia desert, with a few mishaps along the way - getting two flat tires in the middle of nowhere was interesting, especially as we didn't have working tools.
Going to Burning Man in 2011 & 2012 - one of the craziest, mind blowing places on the planet. I hope to go back in 2016!
