About Me

Hello everyone!
I'm Daniel, from Portugal, I'm 24 years old and I'm living in Erfurt, Germany, since march of 2019.
I love to read and to write, love photografy (city photos, especialy) and sometimes I perform in theatre, but never wanted to became a profiossional actor.
Well, the most important is that I'm always up to meet new people and discover one more little part of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to make new friends and talk with people from diferent contexts, since I didn't finished my Sociology bachelor yet I'm studing diferent cultures without being paid for it - and, to be trouth, I prefeer this way.
Besides that, one day I want to move abroad, but I need to discover the world and myself before. I believe that with Couchsurfing I can do all that.

Interests

When I travel, I spend the most of the time taking photos os the cities. I love old towns with a lot of history and their own architectural impact.
To hang out, usually I prefer to go on some bistro or cafe on daytime and a bar overnight, I don't go often to discos.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music gender is a complete mixture of Pop, R&B, Rock, Funk and Jazz - Beyonce, Paramore, Panic! At The Disco, Jessie J, Kaz Hawkins, Florence and The Machine, Lady Gaga, Aretha Franklin, Kovacs, Emeli Sandé, Postmodern Jukebox, etc.
About movies, I can say three that I'm sure I'll always remenber: The Danish Girl, Volver and Blue Jasmin.
At last but not the least, I read a lot and loved several books, but I can name The Danish Girl by David Ebershoff (I saw the movie, read the book and saw the movie again), Memoirs Of A Geisha by Arthur Golden and Kafka On the Shore by Haruki Murakami.
