Overview
About Me
My name is Daniel Ramiro, I’m a student in Madrid, where I live at my family's house at the moment.
I study 'Aeronautics and Space Engineering' at Madrid, and this is why I love every kind of airplane, helicopter or space vehicle ever built.
Instead of aeronautics, cars are my passion, specially vintage cars. Another one of my hobbies is riding my bike, whenever, wherever.
I like sports very much! I usually play football, ride my bike, I practice ski during the winter and I go swimming on summer, I like playing frisbee very much, and sometimes I go hiking at the mountain!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend of mine talked about this different way of travelling and meeting people, and I found it really interesting! I usually travel sharing my car by Blablacar, and I have already stayed in other people's houses by searching hosts in AirBnB. Now, I have just discovered Couchsurfing and I will start accepting guests and travelling as soon as possible!
I identify myself with the Spanish slogan 'Compartir es vivir', that can be translated as 'Sharing is living'. Because of that, I'm sure that Couchsurfing is one of the best ways to share life and experiences.
I think life can sometimes be difficult, so it is a good idea if we can simplify life by helping each other. In fact, we are all humans, despite our different culture or nationality.
Interests
Specially French and English speakers, so that I could practice other languages and improve my skills while having a nice experience by meeting new people.
But also people from all over the world are welcome!

Music, Movies, and Books
I can listen to every kind of music, no matter language nor musical style.
My favourite movie? In fact i've got two favourite movies: Forrest Gump, and Grease!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling from Madrid to Toulouse in my 26 years old car, across the Pyrenees and carring all my issues with me. It took me more than 11 hours to arrive, but i always think that, if 26 years ago they travelled like this, why can't we still do it nowadays?
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Spanish to any person interested in my language and culture!
I will be happy if i can learn a bit more of English or French, because it is always necessary to improve our skills in terms of languages, I think.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Conversation, music, culture, friendship, life!
