Overview
About Me
I am currently studying Metallurgical Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte Brazil.
I am very active but also very calm (weird, right??haha). I love outside activities but I also love to read and watch TV shows for the whole day long.
I love to learn new languages and meet people from different cultures, if possible talking in their native language.
I like to read a book not only for the sake of reading but as a tool to improve the languages I learn.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am here because I have the dream of traveling as many countries as possible in my lifetime making world friends. So, I decided that I should start this dream now that I am 23 than wait a couple of years and have enough money but no willpower or maybe who knows, a family.
A couple of friends told me about this app and I decided to give it a chance :). They told me that they had a great experience with it.
I am also sort of a nerd/geek, I love to play video games and computer games. At home I own an xbox one.
My first trip will be to Germany in February of 2018 =D!!

Music, Movies, and Books
I prefer rock and heavy metal, bands like ACDC, Metallica, Iron maiden, Rammstein, Die Ärzte and so on. Altough nowadays I am also listening to a lot of rap/hip hop, for example Eminem.
Some of my favorite songs are: Blood Brothers and Fear of the dark - Iron Maiden, Thunderstruck - AC/DC, Mockingbird and When I'm gone - Eminem, Lasse Redn and Junge - die Ärzte, Winds of Changes - Scorpions, Du hast and Rosenrot - Rammstein and plenty of others.
Curiously I do not usually listen to brasilian music in general.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am a black belt in a martial art called Wyng Tjun.
I've learned english(fluent) and german(B1- B2) by myself at home, only with apps, youtube videos, movies, talking to some foreigners and reading books.
I've never been abroad, yet. >> I'll fix that in 2018, I hope =).
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you:
Portuguese;
English;
Wyng Tjun (self defense martial art).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Unfortunately nowadays I can not host because I am still living with my parents and they are a little close minded for this sort of thing =(, but as soon as I live by myself I will become a host for sure.
