ABOUT ME

There's nothing else that excites me more than travelling. Ever since I was able to make some money, I would save it and travel. I've been a couple of places already, but everytime there's more to see. I'm a Brazilian web designer/web developer with a weird British accent. I work a lot, so I can travel even more. And I'm always online, and I loads of things on the net.

I was born and raised in Florianópolis, Brazil, but I've lived in Nottingham, UK and in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In both places I've studied and worked, and more important, partied a lot and made loads of friends.

I'm a really easy-going person. I hate driving, love my bike, I'm a coffee addict, can't survive a week without good beer.

PHILOSOPHY

Sleep when you're dead.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just started on Couchsurfing. I still don't know how I will contribute to it, but one way or another I will.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had plenty of Couchsurfing experience, but never with people I met online. Usually I surf on familiar couches, or friends' acquaintances. Certainly the best couchsurfing experiences I've had were completely spontaneous, when I meet people on the street when I'm travelling and they offer you lodging.

Interests

I've been interested in so many things that it's really easy to lose focus. I've studied a lot of Design, Art History, Art Theory, etc. Then I moved to Business, and now I'm sort of mixing design and business, trying to come up with better software, better interfaces and better websites.

Music, Movies, and Books

I haven't read much time to read, but definitely my favourite authors are Orwell and Wilde.
Regarding music, I'm pretty eclectic. My favourite bands ever are Kings of Convenience", Oasis and some latin american artists like Jorge Drexler and Marisa Monte.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most amazing thing... I guess sleeping with a Berber trible in the middle of the Moroccan/Algerian desert.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've taught English for a couple of years, so I guess I'd love to help anyone with their English, Portuguese or Spanish skills. I'm also a web developer/designer, aka "geek". I can help with anything that's got to do with Internet.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Paraguay, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, Brazil, United Kingdom
