ABOUT ME

I'm an very active, sporty person who really enjoys the out doors. I spent the majority of my free time either surfing, kayaking or trail running.

I have recently submitted my masters in Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and am waiting for my review. In the meantime I am interning at an Renewable Energy Engineering consultancy as a wind resource analyst for wind energy installations

Travel far on a low budget. It's the best way to go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have crossed both the Arctic and Antarctic Circle in the Same year.
For the Antarctic Circle, I was part of a scientific cruise to Antarctica collecting data for research in the effects of climate change on ocean temperatures

For the Arctic Circle, I traveled to Norway to work at the Nansen Environmental and Remote Sensing Center as part of my masters research. I worked on satellite measured data over the ocean.
