About Me

ABOUT ME

I was born in Romania, but I'm half Romanian, half Hungarian. Four years ago I went to do my Master in Software Engineering in Paris, after which I went to San Jose, California where I did a one year internship. Now I am living in and enjoying Berlin.

I am outgoing, but laid back, always ready for new experiences and meeting new people. I love going to music, film, arts festivals as well as concerts. I enjoy reading a lot, from literature(Salman Rushdie, Virginia Woolf) to science books (Douglas Hofstadter's GEB), to poetry (Emily Dickinson, Edgar Allan Poe).

PHILOSOPHY

"Everything's impossible, 'till it ain't !" (Carnivale)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Four years ago went to Garana Jazz Festival, three day camping on a plateau 1000m high. Saturday night a thunderstorm came our way. We had hurry back from the festival to our tents to move them before the water rises too much, since there was a river next to the camping place. Our neighbors were not at their tents so we had to move theirs tents too. It was a cool experience, moving tents at night, under the heavy rain, with only a flashlight to see !

Went with only my tent and backpack to a folk festival in Vama Veche, Romania ! In the small camping place I chose to stay at, I met some of the people that were going to play at the festival ! Ended up hanging out with them the whole time I stayed there !
