I was an advertising guy around Petaling Jaya, Malaysia who quit his job and went on a trip of a lifetime. I am a fairly independent and mature traveler who enjoy taking it easy but through my journey I have learnt that sometimes life throws a curveball and you just have to make the best out of it and follow. Usually there's always an amazing story or adventure that lies ahead. I won't kid you, there were many lows but this is what I am looking for. Adventures and stories.

I have not hosted before, now traveling hence looking for a couch now and then or just some nice local people to hang out with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Started out skeptical about how this will work out and went out for tea with one host. Got me started on CS and beginning to meet the most amazing people. No host too common or too boring - what is boring for you are insights for me. A normal mundane life in your city is the window to real life which is what I prefer than the compressed tourist highlights and everything is good experience. And to me, CS is not about free accommodation!!!!!
