ABOUT ME
Was born in the USA but have been living in Israel since the tender age of 13.
That was also around when I got my first serious camera - little did I know at the time that photography would become my passion and source of income.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Hosted the Monthly CS Israel meeting in March 2009.
Was fun and cool to have 70 strangers in my backyard - several of whom crashed for the night on couches or on the floor at the end of the party

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent a few days in Southern Malawi with a local pastor that I met at the bus station in Blantyre, Malawi. I ended up escorting him by bicycle, foot and canoe across the Shire river into Mozambique to an orphanage that he visits a few times a year.
Went back and forth across the river a few times before learning that the river crossing is croc-infested. And all I was worried about was that my cameras would be ruined if the canoe flips over. It turns out, that would have been the least of my problems:) Ignorance is bliss!
