About Me

CURRENT MISSION
just exploring this wonderful experiment called life.
it never seems to get too boring. I'm a working engineer in Cape Town growing up all over again with my little daughters.

ABOUT ME?
I recently thought about this a lot, and concluded that I like diversity, I'm risk-loving, I'm not afraid of dying.

But previously, I'd written here that I like cheese and ice cream and beer and people with wrinkly faces. So...I guess this still needs some work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have had surfers and I have surfed...but am still waiting for that day when I will paddle out, turn around and the perfect wave will come in, and I'll be on it.....surfing

i love to learn.
this is about as good as it can get for learning about the world while travelling, or while at home.
to have a chance to interact with such diverse people for free is really fantastic.
i'm also motivated WAY too much by efficiency, and having someone sleep on your couch while you're not sleeping on it, is just...beautiful.

My girlfriend and I are quite occupied with our little daughters at the moment so may not be able to spend much time showing surfers around or chatting all night. But we'll see...
