About Me

I'm a 23 years old male from the Czech Republic. I work in the IT and I love to travel with my girlfriend. As I live in Europe, I want to travel as much countries as possible. Three years ago we went on an amazing roadtrip to Denmark and then to Holland and we really loved it, so we decided to travel some more and visit another countries. As we really loved Netherlands, we decided to go back this year and visit some more places along the way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to travel the world and hopefully meet great new people on the way. My current goal is to travel to Netherlands, with a few stops along the way - mainly in Germany and Belgium.

My girlfriend's sister turned 18 this year, so we want to show her and her boyfriend the beatuies of Amsterdam! We also want to stop in Frankfurt along the way and after we get enough of Amsterdam, we might stop in Belgium as well.

Interests

I like cars and everything about them. As I also love travelling, my dream is to buy a really nice and fast car and travel the Europe in it with my girlfriend.
From another things I like and I'm interested in I have to mention coffee. There is nothing better in the morning than a nice warm cup of quality coffee.
My girlfriend and I are also vegetarians and we love to try new food.

Music, Movies, and Books

From the movies section, I don't really have a favourite movie, as I'm more of a series guy - I watch Castle, Bones, The Big Bang Theory, Archer, Family Guy, Luther, and so on.

Also I don't read that much, as I have a busy schedule and I haven't got that much free time because of work, but I have English version of Dan Brown's Inferno in my night stand for a long time, so hopefully I will find time to read it soon, because from what it seems from first few pages, it's gonna be very good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely the roadtrip of 2014. My girlfriend and I went to Denmark to work on a farm, but after three weeks we decided to go on a roatrip. So we packed our packs, get in our car and we headed to Hamburg. After one day in Hamburg we decided to go to Amsterdam, so we hopped in our car and went there, without knowing what to do and where to live.
In the end we lived in our car for two weeks, used showers from the nearby camp and really enjoyed our stay in there. We also visited the Zaanse Schans historic village and a beach in Zandvoort.
From what we've seen, Amsterdam is one of the best cities we have ever been in, and we are looking forward to came back one day (the sea was terribly cold tho hahah).

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I don't eat meat, I can show my hosts some exciting recipes they can cook without cooking meat. Also I can teach them a little bit of English if they struggle with it.
