About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To provide health and wellness through out the world!

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly chap, polite and well humoured. I strive to look after visitors and international students in Melbourne. I have good knowledge of local and interstate and international places and information.

I've been living in Brighton for the past 4 years but I am sometimes staying in Richmond with our house caretakers, who are from Fiji, also a Japanese boy from Kamamoto.

I'm studied Diploma of Tourism, a Cerificate in TESOL (teaching English) and TAE (Training & Assessment)

I grew up in the countryside, NE Victoria. Home town of Beechworth is a historic gold town.

I've lived and worked in various places in the world: Scotland, USA, Spain, Portugal, Perth WA, Yeppoon Qld to name a few.

My family are all global minded, we all love to travel and welcome guests from afar.

I enjoy meeting new people all the time, I am very warming, good humoured friendly guy.

I learnt some Spanish while I was in Spain and Bahasa Indonesian at school.

Was in Thailand in December to see the south and celebrate Xmas & NYrs there.

Traveled around Taiwan for 20-day voyage around. And have been on a short trip to Hong Kong.
For travel advice for melbourne and abroad just ask me!!

PHILOSOPHY

Fate throws fortune but not everyone catches it. And,
Opportunity doesn't wait.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been successful at:
- hosting couchsurfers
- attending couchsurfing events
- sharing my own travel experiences,
- giving tips with other cs members who are in melb/aus
- tour guiding, taking cs members on walking tours, cafes, restaurants, etc
- been generally a nice trustworthy couchsurfing member

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted two Malaysian guests. They stayed for several nights. I took them to Elwood beach for the sunset and many other Melb sights. Gave them plenty of tips. And want to invite them to come again and see the countryside, coastline and mountains of my state.
I have attended a couple of cs meets and assist any newbies coming to Melbourne.
When I was in Spain I semi- hosted a lady in Granada at guesthouse I was at. She was very happy, I took her aound the town and we had tapas and coffee together.
I hosted a Spanish guy, 2 Germans girls, a Greek & Italian and a Austrian & French girl recently. I co-share with Akira, Japanese boy. He loves to cook!
I'm learning Japanese at the moment too. Feel free to practice with me.
