CURRENT MISSION

What a hard question! Well since I studied abroad (USA - California) I seek to learn all languages I can and get to know many cultures as possible.

ABOUT ME

Well, I am at the moment 28 years old.
I am fun, I talk a lot sometimes, I like smart jokes, I like sarcasm, I like irony, I like to learn new things (whatever things), I hate prejudice (ANY KIND!).
I am very good at making new friends!
I sometimes can't give the ammount of attention some people need and they assume that I didn't/don't like them. But I am actually pretty keen to meet anybody! If I did not like you I will let you know!!! ;-)
I work in finance, but I love to learn anything really. I love people that will teach me history and culture of their own background.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been doing this for a couple of years now, though it was not through CS2. I work volunteerly with Rotary International and we host and develop cultural programs for the exchange students that come to our city. More info on www.rotex.com.br
I think that with that background and my interest in develpoing a globalized network of friends I have a lot to add to this project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve had my first experiences a while ago. My fist CS2 visitor was Gonzalo, this kid from Argentina that came to Santiago de Compostela I lived there! I couldn´t host him that night but he called me and we hung out all night long! We met new people, it was halloween too, so a lot of fun!
I surfed my friend Norton´s couch! It was cool seeing him again after almost 2 years!!!
After that I had great experiences, but who found our couches was a friend! I had a great time in Belgium with Sven and also in Paris and Köln with our hosts!

Intereses

I like social studies... any kind of discussion related to problems on society. Usually I always end up talking about the difference among the several countries I have had the opportunity to go to or to learn about.
I love theatre and cinema.
I do not read a lot, but that I am trying to change.

Wow...
-Seen the BIG 5 in South Africa in 3 days! The Safari was amazing...
-Oktoberfest in Munich was awesome too.
-Helped out a comunity in the US.
-Gone to Hawaii.
-Driven to Rio de Janeiro w/out a hotel reservation!
-Learned how to ski (c'mon I'm brazilian it's hard!)
-A guy be run overed and then stand up and keep walking.

When you meet somebody and like them for what they are think and do, there is no need to let common sense distorce what your experience has just taught you. (I am updating my page 3 years later and I actually don`t believe I wrote this haha).
