I completed a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in silence in Thailand.

I’ve been to Antarctica.

• Explored the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, Ukraine

• Trekked 127 km across the Wicklow Way, Ireland
• Hiked on the Great Wall of China
• Walked on the frozen Baikal Lake, Siberia
• Slept in the Sahara Desert
• Stayed in a yurt (ger) with nomads in Mongolia and with nomads in Mauritania

• Drank tea with nomads on the Morocco-Algeria border
• Took a scenic flight over Mount Everest in Nepal by plane and by helicopter

• Drove the Amalfi Coast, Italy; Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland; around Transylvania, Romania; the Golden circle in Iceland; around Morocco; South France

Cultural & Outdoor Adventures:
• Prayed at the Vatican, mosques, synagogues, Buddhist, and Hindu temples
• Drank local alcoholic drinks with locals in every country I’ve visited
• Hiked in a frozen forest in Finland
• Climbed mountains in Iraq, Nepal, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Austria, Czech Republic, Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Turkey, Tanzania and Ireland
