COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

have stayed at some places around europe, really enjoy the relaxed approach to couchsurfing, whether people offer you a beer if you want one, or leave you to your own devices...
its nice to have real contact with the people that make a city as opposed to being a tourist with all the other tourists.

兴趣

picnics, tea parties, drinking in unique and different settings, reading, writing, my cat, laughing uncontrollably, cuddles, that moment when you realise you get along with a new person real well, embarassing myself, film, film theory, slipping into a piping hot bath, learning new things, especially different sub-cultures.. and other things.

Books... am currently on a mission to work my way through classics which i have never found time to read, favourites include one flew over the cockoos nest, slaughterhouse five, most chuck pahlanuik, cats cradle, hunter s thompsons works, and so on..

movies... wes anderson is my hero, but there are so many to say.. i love movies, but appreciate independent or foreign films the most, anything except something jennifer anderson/kate hudson/sarah jessica parker star opposite matthew mcconaughey or other such painful actors in a predictably painful romantic comedy.

music... nothing electronic, mainly folk, some punk, some older music, some blues and jazz, some rockabilly... and other such
