I'm a 24 year old guy from the great Pacific Northwest :) I've never been that great with these kinds of things. I'm a pretty relaxed and quiet person, but open up once I get to know someone better. I've had some pretty great opportunities in the past to travel as a teenager, and it's been too long since.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this is a great opportunity to not only see the world but to meet awesome people along the way. Not only that, but the idea of hosting folks who are also out exploring sounds like an incredible experience as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rock, Classic (though I don't know of anything by name haha), Jazz and Blues (also don't know of any by name) and other stuff. Not much of a country music person though.

Movies: I love to watch movies. Just about anything will tickle my fancy. I'm kind of a nerd (maybe not kind of, I'm currently wearing a Guardians of the Galaxy ugly sweater) so I've been digging all the recent Marvel and Tolkien movies.

Books: I blame this on my dad, but I pretty much like anything written by Stephen King. My favorite is the Dark Tower Series. I look a good mystery too, I just read my first couple of those, and fantasy novels as well.
