Hi! My full name is Daniel Rashid Samir Fox - so my name is a mixture of Christian, Islam, Hindu and Irish. Haha. My backgrounds are pretty diverse, and I love getting experience to new cultures, ideas and philosophies... foods :D

I love travelling, meeting new and different people and going beyond just the tourist experience.

PHILOSOPHY

God so much to say, don't give me an opportunity to get on my soapbox lol. Mostly... to each their own until that encroaches on other peoples liberties :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm going to be travelling through Europe soon as part of an exchange! Not sure where exactly I'll be traveling yet, but I'd love to get into contact with people who might influence that decision.

Unfortunately I can't host right now, though maybe when I'm studying in Nottingham I can sneak people into student accommodation?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've stayed with a couchsurfer in Adelaide who I then continued staying with for the rest of the week before I left. He has since visited me in my hometown a few times.

I've also stayed in a shared living space with some other couchsurfers I am now good friends with.

Interests

Loooovin music - I occasionally gig around Canberra with various bands either as singer or sax player and backup. Slowly becoming more competent at guitar - one day I will be able to perform alone!

I enjoy a drink with friends over sport, catching up
