My objective is to travel around for 2 years with a budget of only 500USD. I am upfront about it and honest. I thank you in advanced for your kind hospitality. I'd like to escape the use of any money for party, theme Parks or entrance fee. I loiter around trying to see the country and experience great culture. I sleep everywhere and walk anywhere.
Yes, I am on a budget. But I've got experience or stories to share if you're interested in listening (:

Finished 2 years serving in the Singapore Army and 6 months in the French Foreign Legion Army.
I hitch hiked part of Europe. From France, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia during the winter.
I am a Culinary Arts student and worked as a Chef focusing on modern cuisine for 2 years now. I have still more to learn.

I am currently travelling again via hitch hiking, workaway and couchsurfing. Previously have decided to do this as a charity to gain funds for children in poverty country.
Have sat down and reorganized my plan.
My trip using only a limited budget is to travel and widen my knowledge about different traditional cuisine and incoperate it with modern techniques.
After trips in Asia, I have plans to open various restaurants in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia. Restaurant will feature traditional cuisine flavour with modern techniques to adapt to generation taste buds. The restaurant will hire youths to provide them a stepping stone in to this industry and creating jobs to provide income.
These are all an idea and I am committed to fulfill it, but I have no clue where to start based on financial issues, permits and so forth. I am looking for interested investors or people with knowledge in entrepreneuring.

I will stay in Georgia, Europe, for a year, consodilating my recipe, work in a Georgian restaurant and training my physical and mental condition to conquer The Great Wall China, 3000mile walk as part of gaining funds for the opening of my restaurants.

My future restaurant philosophy;

'The roots from where you're from, determine the fruits you are going to harvest. No mango seed can become an apple fruit. Just like us.'

To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I won't write them here, but I believed in my military I've accomplish really amazing stuff and finishing top of the cohort. I'll tell you more when we are done with dinner.

This is me traveling part of Europe by hitchhiking and camping in the cold winter. From France to Germany to Poland to Lithuania to Latvia to Estonia and back to Latvia to Lithuania and finally back to Poland.

I experienced a true Christian Christmas dinner with a Polish family and it was really a joy. I must admit, going in to Poland really scares the hell out of me, but the people here are nicer then you think they are.
Waiting and camping at the temperature of minus -3 ℃ is really no joke. Spending the night in the freezing cold winter.

If you have the chance visit Latvia or Estonia in the summer. You will never regret.

Total distance travelled 3694km.
I hope to write a book someday (I know there's many out there....but the heck). Being alone in strangers car and in places I can never think of, overcoming the fear of cold, darkness, unfamiliar territory, forest. I have started to trust myself more and learn how to make good decisions along the way. I even slept in car at a factory that's not lock and avoiding the heavy downpour.

I am able to teach you Chinese language if you want to learn that language.
I'm used to be in the National Youth team in Volleyball and Beach volleyball.
I am also good at bowling.

As a chef, I would like to learn your recipe, grandmother reciper, mother recipe, grand grandmother recipes! Of course, I'll gladly love to cook for you and your family or friends.
