Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I spread the word. I genuinely believe that travelling is 50% about the place you go and 50% about the people you meet there and on the way. And I think this is what Couchsurfing is all about.
I organize road trips and traveling events, participate in CS meets and host when I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was in Turkey in 2013, Couchsurfing came in very handy in meeting new travelers and finding out the best adventures, one of the highlights of my holiday.

Interests

Camping, 4WDing, hanging with friends, living outside my comfort zone

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Favorite Artists Include: Daft Punk, Presets, Prodigy, Gesaffelstein and Justice. But I also have a very big soft spot for my female vocalists like Sarah Blasko, Emma Louise The Jezebels and Clare Bowditch.
Books: My favorite book is Endurance by Alfred Lansing. It covers the amazing story of Ernest Shackleton voyage to and from the Antarctic.
Movie: Favorite movie Run Lola Run.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sea kayaking around Tasmania in 2014.
Getting stuck (and still having) fun in Istanbul during the riots in 2013.
Helping out with the black Saturday bush fires in 2009.
