Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people basically - and from everywhere. I created my profile just before travelling to Asia and it turned out to be a great tool to find places to stay and therefore meeting locals.

Travelling is about new experiences. You may visit many places, see amazing monuments but what really matters is the people you meet on the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of the movies, documentals, music, .. and I read quite a lot lately; right now I am reading Timbuktu by Paul Auster. In the past I read Mr. Vertigo from same writter and I found it amazing. I also like Jose Saramago, Paulo Coelho or Gabriel García Márquez.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took four months of my life to travel through China and South East of Asia; best trip ever.
I like water-sports such as diving; I tried it when I went to Brazil and was a great experience.

I have some knowledge on playing chess so I am open to play or teach how to play this amazing game.
