About Me
Hey there! My name is Daniela and I’m a 27 y/o Mexican who happily collects post cards, calories and stories. I believe in leaving the world in a better condition than the way I found it, gender equality, that people do change and that birthday cake calories are nonexistent. Traveling, exploring new cultures, meeting new people, foreign languages and exotic meals get my heart beating faster.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Interacting with different cultures - one glass of wine- at a time!
Traveling around has taught me a lot, mostly that the world is full of wonderful, kind, interesting and nice people. People who are willing to share with you a smile, a meal, their home, their stories and if you're lucky, a piece of who they are. The landscapes, the food, the culture and those people are what keeps me hooked into discovering all of what this amazing world has to offer. Being by yourself on the other side of the world can be tough at times, finding people to laugh with, share meals, thoughts and endless nights with has been quite touching.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Move to Bordeaux. Intern in Bulgaria. Study in Italy. Volunteer in Vietnam.
