Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to sign up for couchsurfing after a couple months of staying in hostels around South East Asia. As fun as it's been, I want to experience the places I've been staying in as the locals do. I always love taking people around D.C. and experiencing it through fresh eyes, and I'm hoping to gain that same experience

Interests

MUSIC! I love listening to new music, going to shows, dancing, and learning instruments. I took piano for 9 years (although I'm pretty rusty at the moment), and am trying to pick up guitar. I also love climbing, hiking, biking, board sports, nature, all that stuff :D In college I studied history and international relations so I'm always up for talking about world affairs/politics. I consider myself a really open-minded dude so I'm always up to try new things.
