ABOUT ME

-I'm really into anything creative, especially art, photography, design and architecture-but above all music! I DJ and have dabbled in producing my own music which I want to continue and develop further.
-I love travelling- to be travelling is to be truly alive. I've mostly been around Europe, my furthest trip has been 2 months in Cuba.
-I love meeting new people-to talk, swap ideas and stories.

PHILOSOPHY

-Enjoy life in every way you can- it's all too short. Travel as much as you can, it's an invaluable education that you can't receive from any college or university. Karma.

Music, Movies, and Books

-I mostly like art-house/world cinema films but also loads of hollywood classics. Bergman/Fellini/Boorman/Almodavar/Leigh
-I love music, it's my absolute passion. It's the one thing that can directly touch your soul and take you to another world. I can appreciate all music but especially Jazz, Soul, Funk, R'n'B (the old 60's stuff especially Motown!) Ska, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Folk and African.
-Some of my fav artists include Rolling Stones, John Martyn, Neil Young, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Santana, Alice Coltrane, Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Aretha Franklin, John Coltrane, Bobby Hutcherson, Ron Carter, Herbie Hancock, Skatalites, Lee Perry, Bob Marley, Horace Andy, Dennis Brown, Aswad, Common, De La Soul, J-Dilla, Souls of Mischief, Black Moon and Erykah Badu etc.etc. into infinity!
-Too many books to list here now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I saw hundreds of glow-worms that lit up the fields at night as I travelled the length of Cuba on their battered old railway system from Havana to Santiago whilst spending two months exploring the country.

-I can teach people how to DJ and some culinary stuff in the kitchen!
