Overview
About Me
I am I young person from Moldova, that after walking 28 days on St. James Way understood that the job I was doing (construction) and the activities that I was practicing didn't use my full potential and didn't accomplish my expectations, and yes, I didn't like. So after that, I came back to Moldova, and I started to do volunteering, something that gave me the opportunities to interact with other people with same values, to develop my community and to develop myself.
After 2 intense years in the youth sector as an advocator for youth rights and social inclusion, I switched to a private sector, currently working as Project manager in an IT company that develops Software Solutions, with the accent on Blockchain.
My today's travels often are due to my passions (running and climbing) but sometimes I get some escape vacations with my girlfriend.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Got on Couchsurfing while living in France, to connect with the local communities and get more friends. Now using Couchsurfing for meeting people, discover places and sometimes host and get hosted.
Interests
I am a marathon runner, with 5 marathons and an ultramarathon completed already. Planning a new marathon in May 2019. Hiked the french part of Compostella way (from Le Puy en Velay). Since a year I'm active climbing. Recently climbed Ifach from Costa Blanca, Spain.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a part of my life, it helps me forget about pain and fatigue while running, motivates me while working and give me hopes while dreaming. I love every kind of music, starting from folk and finishing with rock and rap.
Favorite Movies: Life of Pi, Papillon, Shawshank Redemption, Pursuit of Happiness, Seven Lives.
Writers like Dostoievski, Khaled Hosseini, Liviu Rebreanu, Lev Tolstoi or Joel Dicker have an apart place in my library.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My best achievement I think is the Saint James Pilgrimage (even if I did just half). That was 28 days of walking, 734 km with a backpack of 27 kg. But besides that it was a place where I've learned to pass over my pain, to sleep under the sky in a field of corn :D , I've met people from 7 different countries and I've listened to stories for a 7 volumes book.
