About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm cycling from London to Cape Town having a great adventure and raising funds for good causes I'm volunteering for en route :)

ABOUT ME

I'm on a big adventure; cycling from London to Cape Town. A great chance to meet people, see the world and help some deserving causes out on the way.
Check out my website: http://www.betterlifecycle.com/
Hope to see you soon :)

PHILOSOPHY

Learn who you really are and be that person. We are all different; so let's celebrate our diversity. A world full of compassionate, understanding people would be heavenly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've gotta admit right now I'm a user. When I have more than a tent to offer, I'll be delighted to return the great hospitality I received.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with wonderful people so far, every experience has been great. Couch Surfing Rocks!

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to list - so my most recent favourite of each:
Movie: Man on Wire
Music: Ben Harper
Book: Cave in the Snow (Vicki MacKenzie)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing voyage is the one I'm on - cycling from London to Cape Town. Although I have also been very lucky to travel around the Pacific, South America and Europe.

Teach, Learn, Share

Great quick meditation: stop, breathe in through your nose and smile - breathe out. Do it a few times a day and you will feel uplifted.

A very random one: writing on a banana skin with a biro is the best writing experience you're likely to have; it's how writing should be.
