ABOUT ME

i climb, read, write, draw, paint, scribble, jot, etch, mumble through my pen, (clinically diagnosed graphomaniac)scream-whisper-sing- spoken word, like to sleep in the dirt, get lost in the desert, fall from trees and scrape my knees, hold my breath until i turn blue, snorkle fish for grouper and other tasty morsels, dive for conch and eat them raw, challenge barracuda to hand-to-fin combat, hitch hike with strangers, pick up strangers, manually deconstruct and reconstruct books to my liking, ride bikes with no brakes in heavy traffic, pretend i have superpowers, attend secret ninja conventions, fly in my dreams, wear capes, slack line with the dream of becoming a tight rope walker with a traveling circus of freaks and fantastics, explore the nooks and crannies of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i have always maintained a network of vagrants, misfits, homeless wanderers, miscreants, and sometimes sleepy headed explorers....but i have recently gone digital with it. When i have a place in ecuador, or peru, or wherever i end up everyone is invited.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i am not ashamed to say i have lived almost an entire year on a dear friends couch. i became the couch. the couch became me. it was weird, but also very nice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i once resuscitated a young iguana with a straw and very delicate cpr. really. he lived for 4 more days.
