I am a lover of nature and helping people! I live in Durango, Colorado and was born and raised in Arizona. I am a wilderness therapy field guide and enjoy backpacking and reminding my students that they are strong and capable. My partner and I live in a small van with our cute doggo, Cedar. We all enjoy long walks by the river, exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, and traveling!
