I live in Arroyo de la Miel, the central town area of Benalmàdena and work in the next city of Fuengirola. I'm a nutrition enthusiast and enjoy exercise (such as cycling and swimming) and weight training 4-5 times a week, however I'm not a stereotypical 'meathead' so don't worry :)

I'm a scuba diving and parasailing instructor, operations supervisor in a tourism and watersports company and have had many different jobs in the past from different sides of the world!
