About Me
Hello! I'm a third-year student who travels a little bit. I love getting to know new cultures and meeting new people. I believe in exploring the world through alcohol - every country and ethnic group have a beverage they take pride in, and it is my dream and passion to taste as many different cultures as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite authors: Osamu Dazai, Peter Beagle, Yoko Ogawa, John R. R. Tolkien. And a dozen of other great authors that didn't make it here :D
I used to read Fantasy, then went all the way through Japanese literature and non-fiction to science fiction which I'm currently investigating. Oh, and I'm in love with light novels - you don't know modern Japanese literature if you don't know light novels ;)
I listen to and genuinely enjoy a whole variety of music genres from mainstream hip-hop and EDM to mid-west emo and live jazz sessions, though I mainly listen to subgenres of rock and metal music. I hold a particular interest in Japanese music scene, be it Hikaru Utada or high school garage rock band from Okinawa. I'm especially interested in doujin scene, Touhou arranges in particular. I'm an active Last.fm user, so I'd be happy to exchange profiles and nerd out with a fellow music connoisseur!
I prefer to watch unconventional cinema and anime, my favorite directors being Masaaki Yuasa, Mamoru Oshii, Satoshi Kon, Hideaki Anno. Don't hesitate to discuss the End of Evangelion with me :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Together with my friends we though up and organized a traditional Japanese Culture School Festival for over 2000 people in Lviv. It leveled up my Management and Organization skill from 0 to 1, though I'm still pretty terrible at this
