Overview
About Me
I'm 20 years old and I used to study IT for 2 years in one of the universities in Ukraine, but leave it because it wasn't really interesting for me and decided to choose another discipline. Nowadays I'm studying cultural studies and liberal arts. Besides my studies at university, I'm learning math and physics at home by my own.
I'm really in love with all kind of arts, but literature is like an air for me. From the age of 5 when I've learned how to read I was always with a book in my hands. I have read a lot of them and now I'm wondering about starting writing something by myself.
Also, I want to start playing the guitar and making music with my own lyrics.
Sadly, but I've not travelled abroad much so far, well, hope that I will change it in a few years. I have a lot of plans about travelling, want to visit France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Turkey, Armenia and Algeria in 2 years.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a vast variety of music, love good old-school jazz (be-bop mostly), folk music, psychedelic rock, techno and classical music. There are a lot of bands, artists and composers whom music I really fancy to listen and here are some of the most preferred by me: Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Kriss Kristofferson, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Kraftwerk, Talking Heads, The Clash, Iggy Pop, The Velvet Underground, Charlie Parker, Horace Silver, John Coltrane, Dexter Gordon, Ludwig van Beethoven, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Ignacy Jan Paderewski.
Here are the couple of films which I find quite good: 'Trainspotting' by Danny Boyle, 'Reservoir Dogs' by Quentin Tarantino, 'Les Quatre Cents Coups' by François Truffaut and 'Paths of Glory' by Stanley Kubrick.
And there are few of my favourites books: 'The Adventures Of Wesley Jackson' by William Saroyan, 'The Clown' by Heinrich Böll, 'Sometimes a Great Notion' by Ken Kesey, 'Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance' by Robert M. Pirsig, 'The Brothers Karamazov' by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, 'On The Road' by Jack Kerouac and 'As I Lay Dying' by William Faulkner.
