PHILOSOPHY

I believe in all kinds of people and hope to meet lots of them. I believe you can be happy just because you have the right people surrounding you, no matter what you do. I believe in God as a christian, but I do not believe my religion is in any way better than any other religion. I do not believe in money as a purpose, only as a necessity in this world that believes in it like a god.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Unfortunately I do not have my own apartment/room at the moment, so I can't host anyone yet. I am going to proceed with my study anthropology next year and by then I will also have a room/apartment to host people. Right now I will only surf.

ABOUT ME

Hi!

I'm a 20 years old traveler who wants to meet people, see stuff, learn things and just enjoy my life :P
Currently I'm having a gap year that I want to spend in Italy learning Italian language and culture.
I'm a very happy, creative young man and I'm very open for other cultures and people (hence my study anthropology).
My hobbies are writing (all kinds of stuff), reading, running, everything that has anything to do with coffee, playing bass guitar and listening/experiencing music in general :)
Furthermore I'm very interested in different religions, I'm involved with the environment and I just like different perspectives of people on things.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I'm on couchsurfing because I love travelling and want also to give others the opportunity without having to worry about the costs all the time. Seeing more places on this earth and meeting different people in my opinion is great to learn and experience, but is also a lot of fun. Therefore I'm on couchsurfing, hoping to be able to meet new people and to be able to travel now and then.

Interesses

I love culture and different people. I love how people think so different than me and exploring these 'unknown' ways of thinking. I think I can inspire people with my enthusiasm and happiness and I believe others will also inspire me wherever I go. That's why I study anthropology and that's why I travel and hope to learn from others. Furthermore I am a writer and I like a lot of fiction and poetry.

I like a lot of music of different genres, but if I have to pick some favourite/inspirational artists I would pick Coldplay, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson and One Republic. Furthermore I'm much into deep house and electronic music (some names: flume, odesza, galantis) but I like a lot of different music occasionaly also like poprock, jazz and edm/dance

I like all kinds of weird movies like Fight Club, Shutter Island, Memento. I love realistic harsh movies like American History X, 25th hour

Visit Russia - Collect ringing bells from every country I've visited, just for the fun of it - explore certain places and enjoy the beauty of them and the moment Seeing/experiencing something when others wouldn't notice the place - writing awesome stuff for people close to me
