Teach, Learn, Share

(Perk) of learning Japanese is that I have to learn how to read and write Han characters, which I found unbearable at first. It turns out that it has a lot of interesting connections to my mother tongue and other Sinosphere languages, so if you're familiar with or interested in those languages, I can teach you some fascinating facts about them, like how some of the words are similar in pronunciation and meaning. I can also talk about my life as a young expat in Japan, and if the chemistry is right, I can offer some Vietnamese treats that I have brought from home. I would also want to learn and listen to anything you want to share and things about your country that are not popular or well known in the media.
