ABOUT ME

Grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan, was educated here and married, then set out to see the world. Went halfway round the world and came home and "bought the farm" to raise my family on. It's been a wonderful life. Have traveled over most of the USA, a lot of Europe, North Africa as well as my country of Canada. I'm a happy ,fun loving person and always look forward to meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to live my life in a way that will useful to man and mankind, and glorifying to God. No regrets in the end. Have fun on the way, but do no harm. Strive to be a good example to all I meet in word and deed. In matters of preference flexible, and in matters of principle steadfast.

We have hosted some wonderful people in our home from all over the world, and I have stayed in the homes of some great people whom I am proud to call my friends. What a great way to meet new friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'd like to record a Schubert song cycle someday with a pianist who would like to do the same. I like reading "Les Miserables"" in french to improve my language skills.I enjoy a good action movie from time to time, and I have made a few movies about my travels in Morocco.

I have climbed to the peak of Toubkal in Morocco - might like to repeat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a bit about basic farming - both plant and animal husbandry, and quite a bit about electronics and electrical things. I also love to show people around our area of our country as well and I also love to show people around my favorite foreign country Morocco where I have been to most areas.
