HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When not traveling I try to meet up with fellow CSers and while I travel I like to meet with people in their town to get a feel for the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best one was easily in Japan where a fellow CouchSurfer took us on a bus all over Japan.

Mmm....let's see...

If I had to choose:

1. Jumping on a moving train Hollywood-style just as it was leaving the platform in Moscow
2. Swimming to a castle off the Mediterranean coastline in Turkey
3. Volunteering for an NGO in Nepal via going to rural villages in southern Nepal and in the Himalayas and meeting the chief leaders.
