Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Survive the 12 month europe trip
ABOUT ME
Live life to enjoy every moment, be that a exploring the wilderness, a bit of robotics, cooking a meal, playing soccer, dancing a bit of tango, ect...
Unfortunately in my attempt to make the most of everyday, I have little time to spend writing about what transpired. You will more likely find me in a kitchen or with a group of mates than on a computer typing away
PHILOSOPHY
live to eat, never eat to live
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
depends when you are around, maybe join in a cooking night, exploring tassy, checking around launceston or chilling back to a nice home cooked meal :). surfers are welcome to crash on a couple of beds.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Meeting a bunch of people from around the world for a great meal (home cooked if possible) and a few drinks, the rest is kinda vague. 80% of couch surfers I have met are awesome and want to have a great time, the remaining 20% are beyond description and beyond expectations.
I have had a few people over, everyone has been extremely respectful and ready to try new things, can't wait to meet more CSers
Interests
COOKING, I LOVE FOOD. e
When I leave the kitchen I like to explore the world around me and the people within it. I love to grab a tent, precooked meal and a few mates and go into the bush for a camping trip exploring the wilderness.
If i am very lucky, I find a partner to dance tango with :)
Music, Movies, and Books
Always up for a bit of comedy, action or understanding the mind.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I DID IT!! 30 people, 1 house kitchen : focaccia with balsamic and olive oil dipping sauce, potato salad, mushroom gnocchi and of course, surf and turf (creaming prawns with scotch fillet steaks) with a side of roasted and steam veges. :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I would always love how to cook more meals, currently I am in the process or perfecting a beef wellington and attempting to stop it going soggy at the bottom.
If you after forests to explore or mountains to climb, I can list a few in tassy.
If you want to know a recipe, just let me know :)
