I'm an industrial designer, and when I'm not at work, I'm often fixated on some personal project, whether it's building large scale artworks for music festivals, props and costumes for parties, or tending to my veggie garden and endless home maintenance jobs.

The house I live at now hosts a weekly pot luck dinner called Sunday Night Feast. We have an open door, and usually there are 10-30 people in our kitchen eating, sharing stories and meeting new people. I find these community events really revitalizing every week, and it's always great to meet people new to Melbourne that have heard about our dinners! (it's also a great opportunity to flex my cooking muscles, and create some massive dinners every week!)

I am very active in the Burning Seed community in Australia (a Burning Man regional event), and am a member of the ARTery department for the event. This means I get to meet a huge range of creative people each year, and get to use my experience to help them come up with and create their wonderful ideas!

I've always loved share houses, coming home to a group of friends is always so special, especially when they have their friends around too! While travelling through European countries in 2019, I would really love to meet local's in the places I visit, and learn the real stories of your home, and hopefully learn something of the local cooking techniques!

I am also interested in finding employment opportunities as a designer while overseas, to bring new skills back to my work in Australia. If you are, or know any industrial designers or people who create large art, I'd be very excited to meet and talk about it!
