Hello,
I'm a French Canadian, i like to travel, see the world from another aspect. Is nice to see new thing, but what I like so much is talking with the local from the country I'm visiting. I think is the best way to travel , talked with some one , learning from them , sharing experience , idea . It is very inspiring !
I like food, cooking, training , travelling , sport. I am an open mind, so talking about everything and learning new stuff , it's me !

At home, I am the cook, so I'm not a professional cook, but love cooking, I watched several season of Masterchef of different country , and I can say my skill are good enough in the kitchen ;)
Also what I can share, is my knowledge of training, I'm running since 2010. I prefer long distance so half marathon and marathon I like it. And last year I start triathlon with a goal to achevive an Ironman 140.6.
I got a good knowledge in the training but also in the nutrition because in endurance sport is an art to know how much carbs you need, protein etc.
