Im an out going guy who loves to be physically active! Anything from working out in a gym to running rough a forrest, climbing trees. I also really enjoy being outdoors, and with mother nature! Im here to one day host people, and to meet new people all around the world as i travel. Its cool to see a country, but even cooler to see the country with a local. Even if you werent born there you still have more knowledge of being there then i do and i would love to hear your experiences, tips, and overall just learn from you. Ive helped change peoples lives through health and fitness. I can confidently say ive helped over 100 different people in one way or another through health and fitness. We all have those special cases, and i have a about 1 who comes to mind who i would say ive helped change that persons life completely. A whole 180.

Its unbelievable what healthy eating and the right amount of exercise can do for you. Anyway, im really proud of myself, especially at my age to say ive helped as many people as i have. I enjoy helping people!
