ABOUT ME

I currently teach English at the Université de Rouen, but when I'm not in the classroom....

I like bike riding in the city and the country. I live hanging out in kitchens, with people. I think they are the most natural living room. I can take naps anywhere, and have recently discovered that when things are overwhelming, it's best to fall asleep. I'm interested in the good life, and this usually means pie.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I began hosting and surfing around Europe while living in Budapest many years ago. I continued with a little hosting when I moved back to Santa Cruz, and Berkeley California. Now I am living and working in France, and it's the same story.
