I am Dardan Hoti [33]. Coming from Pristina, Kosovo. I work as a journalist, researcher and producer, with focus on a human rights [with an emphasis on Roma Community and LGBTQI Community rights].

I always did and always will strongly stand against any form of discrimination or inequality.

I am a very easy going person, love to meet new people and share my experiences with them. I love cooking! I am always free to cook a traditional Kosovar meal if you are willing to host me.

I have traveled a lot in my life, and never thought the point of it was just visiting physical objects. I think going to a place and not spending time with its people, is simply a waste of time! I love to create connections and friends all over the world and I love sharing my own experience with people of all around the world. At the end of the day, we live for the memories we create, and there's no better way of creating memories rather than sharing happy moments with other people!

I am a big electronic music fan! I love music at all. I am not the movie type of person, I could sound boring, but working as a journalist on the ground doesn't allow you the fun of simply spending an afternoon at home and enjoying a movie.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Researching [and uncovering them] on criminal network which was using the misfortune of people whose children were sick in order to earn money for themselves. This happened back in 2014, and is one event I will always feel proud of myself for. I got rewarded as the Best Journalist by UN - Poverty Prize
