Traveling is the key to my utmost happiness.....and meeting wonderful people along the way makes it memorable. My mission is to see as many places as possible, while staying with locals along the way!

ABOUT ME

I love to see how people live in other parts of the world. The daily routines of life that are the same as my own, and also those that are different. Finding a new friend in a new city is an exciting prospect and I enjoy making those connections. Food is something that brings people together and I love to share a meal or a drink with people while I am travelling....to me this is how you begin to really see a culture. History is fascinating and I enjoy being a student during my travels....share your stories with me!

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not yet hosted in Ottawa, but I do have a guest bedroom that is available ***for females only***. I can host as long as my work schedule co-operates and I have nothing else on the go. All of my surfing experiences have been great! I also attend local CS events, and have met with other CSers while travelling abroad.....I find we are usually like-minded individuals, and conversation always flows.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Exciting, memorable, comfortable, nothing short of wonderful. I'm planning my next surfing opportunity and can only hope it will go as well as the first....

Interesses

Went to the top of the Kleine Matterhorn Mountain in Zermatt, Switzerland....biked around Arran Island, Ireland.......Went to a sunday service in Westminister Abbey....Hiked along the Via D'Amore in Cinque Terre, Italy.....Sipped Chianti, in Chianti, Italy.....drove a manual car on the other side of the road in Ireland and Scotland, while avoiding sheep along the way.....Climbed the Tour d'Eiffel....watched a sunset from the Spanish Steps................
