Hello! My name is Darex. I’m originally from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷(born and raised) but currently living in the United States for the past 5 years completing my PhD studies. I love adventure sports/activities (currently building a brand around that, see my instagram page below!). I’m into rollerblading and one of my major goals is to rollerblade in different parts of the world while traveling. I love learning about different cultures, foods, traditions, lifestyles, and different points of view. Just joined couchsurfing a few months ago looking for like-minded people!

I’m looking for like-minded people interested in travel, cultures, different mindsets and living under your terms. I’m finishing my PhD soon and so I’m trying to figure out my next destination, so I want to connect with locals and travelers to learn from their experiences. I also want to travel the world with my rollerblades and realized I might find a community here!

I love adventure sports/activities! I have done sky diving and multiple snorkeling adventures. Hoping to get my sky diving and scuba diving licenses soon!
