What is life for me?
Travel, nature, freedom, mountains, love, kindness, spirituality, self-discovery, honesty, adventure, ups and downs, discoveries, inspiration, motivation, and anything to learn, see or hear.
My life:
- is travel. Pack a few things in a backpack and hit the road;
- is meditation. In the morning in silence or in every moment;
- is yoga. In various asanas or in any movement of the body;
- are discoveries. yourself and the world around you;
- this is love and gratitude for the fact that I am here and that the creator guides and supports me, this is life, the feelings of every moment, this is interaction with people, like a soul with a soul.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am sincerely grateful to CS for the opportunity to travel and meet people from different countries. I am here to explore the world. Not only the cities I visit, but also the people I meet along the way, thanks to CS. This is a great opportunity to share and help.

I generally listen to music that has a deep meaning for me. I pay close attention to the information I get from music, videos, and other sources. Mantras, ecstatic music, and instrumental music are my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a bungee jump of 207 meters, I flew alone to India, I lived in a tent for a month, I hitchhiked alone in the Caucasus (13,000 km), I practiced standing on a bed of nails (sadhu board), I flew a paraglider, I rode a motorcycle with speed of 250 km per hour and a lot of interesting things:)

What I Can Share with Hosts

First of all, energy. At my age, I have a rich life experience and I have something to share: about life, about travel, about spontaneous decisions, about psychology and the world in general. We can practice yoga together or cook delicious food. And also I can take a lot of beautiful photos with you
