ABOUT US

We're a couple for 4 and a half years now.
Since we're young, we want to see and discover as much as possible. Mostly that's why we joined Couchsurfing.
We're rather calm and good-tempered, but also open-minded and willing to meet new people and different cultures.
Altogether we visited Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway, Latvia, Finland and Estonia.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We can't host at the moment, but we are very willing to meet you and show you Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia/Sopot). Contact us, if you like meeting new people, having fun and if you want to see one of these cities with locals. :)

Interests

We both enjoy reading books, playing board games with our friends, watching some TV series, cycling and skating.
We also have some seperated interests. Radek participate in historical reenactment, he's interested in optoelectronics, was playing piano for 10 years and occasionally plays guitar and mandolin. To relax, he plays computer games. Daria likes psychology (which is also her subject at the university), cooking and dislike talking about herself. ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Radek is a fan of science fiction, fantasy and historical books. Daria reads mystery, novels and popular science.
We don't have particular taste in movies and don't watch it very often. But it doesn't mean we don't enjoy a lazy afternoon with a good movie. ;)
We were watching 'How i met your mother', 'Big bang theory' and 'Game of thrones' together.
We listen to many different kinds of music - rock, folk, electronical, gothic, metal, classical, jazz...

Teach, Learn, Share

Radek can share his knowledge of early medieval Europe (10th - 11th century Slavs and Vikings) and designing electronic circuits :)
Daria would like to learn about Your country's cuisine :)
