I was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Even though I registered more than three years ago, did not have a chance to couchsurf yet, so looking forward to changing that with some exciting experiences.

A big believer that through mutual support great things can be achieved.

During the Euromaidan revolution, I was coordinating the international press-secretariat in the headquarters of the national resistance. Soon, I started working as a local producer for Sky News, and other international media, working on the terrorist-occupied territories, fighting Russian propaganda. I have additionally taught tactical medicine both in the war zone and on peaceful lands. Parallel to that, I have been working at Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days, Ukraine's biggest fashion week.

I am currently studying at the Pennsylvania State University where I teach Ukrainian language and culture. I am also the ambassador of two Ukrainian NGOs. For one of them, we bring thousands of volunteers to Ukraine annually and send them to various corners of Ukraine where they help kids learn English. Additionally, I write for Ukraine Business Journal on why one should invest in Ukraine.

I strongly believe in its potential that needs to be fulfilled. Traveling is a remarkable way to get acquainted with other nations and cultures, borrow good things and implement them at home to bring about prosperity and peace.

To meet new people, find adventures, exchange knowledge and experience, and have some memories to share with others. As we say in our country, 'There's a lot to reminisce about, but nothing to tell the kids'.

Intereses

My hobby is costume design and styling, my works have been published in Vogue, ELLE, L'Officiel, Cosmopolitan. I also enjoy film very much - I even started studying it at the university where I am currently doing my Master's degree. I used to dance and performed on all big stages of Kyiv, Ukraine's capital. An amateur singer and an amateur actress (in a French theatre).

Our Sky News team was the first in the world to film Russian tanks in eastern Ukraine.

A short film I was doing a costume design for and where I appeared for a split second, got selected to Cannes Film Festival last year.
