I'm 25 years old and I'm a Pizza Maker from Melbourne, Australia which I have lived my whole life. Earlier this year I made the decision to pack up my whole life and start travelling to experience and learn the cuisine the world as a chef; starting in Europe.

I consider myself a pretty easy going person, I don't judge people as everyone has their own story and you should look through there eyes and I can get along with all walks of life.

Coming from a Italian family respect is a huge thing for me, as well as eating good food and I would love to share my cooking.

I don't consider myself the average traveler, I'm looking for unforgettable experiences exploring places that are mysterious and unknown, and finding great people to explore them with.
