Hello I am Dario , a world citizen , full of life and desire to discover different places and cultures , share my energy in every corner of the world and meet as much brothers and sisters as i can!
I normally travel hitchhiking and I base my trips spending money only for food , sharing and helping , as a spiritual practice due to my desire to get more and more detached from useless comforts and from all kind of material and mental attachments which are the major cause of suffering in the conventional world we live.
In exchange I share energy , emotions balancing knowledges , personal training exercises and stretching and any kind of useful service I can. Travelling itself can be also a sort of attachment , so in my inner journey I got rid of that too, trying to overcome more and more all kind of dualism , fears ,to minimise the Ego( ultimate source of suffering),and keep my mind firm facing of all kind of thoughts and mental impressions, emotions and feelings. I learnt how not to take anything for granted , to get happy with the essential and to share those ultimate knowledges with anybody regardless race,nationality and personal relationship.
To give and not to take and avoid as much as I can expectations.
I can share with you my knowledges and tools i have learned to get closer to the inner emotional balance , got from my life experiences and surely thanks in part to my stays in Buddhist monasteries, mosques and orthodox churches.
We can take long walking ,which I consider one of the most efficient meditation tool we can enjoy the silence. but we can also sing, play and enjoy earthy pleasure as well..why not!😁
Never worrying about the future nor regretting the past is the secret of long lasting happiness.
Let go everything , life is much nicer and easier and free than most people think ☺️

For me even only have the chance to smile to someone,to be helpful for somebody , to share and exchange is amazing.
In my earthly life..I have been 16 years travelling around the world , hitchhiking half world , cycling thousands of kms and sleeping basically everywhere is immaginabile , living like a real world citizen !❤

First of all I'm life learner! I think that the constant process of learning with innocence , purity and curiosity is what make us growing as living being!
I am not specialized in anything in particular , but surely i can share / teach, if you find it as a better definition, ( I think there is not teaching but learning) basic yoga principle , philosophy and moves, italian and some asian food skills, bowen massages tecnichs,organic agriculture and permaculture principles , playing guitar basics , the languages i know, hitchhiking tips , my attitudes to life and human relations and other things I don't know to know 🤣
